Worst Hotel EVER!!

Chaika Beach Resort in Sunny Beach Bulgaria was the worse place I have every stayed in. It looks great from the outside but venture any further and you will know what I mean. Rooms grubby and small. Poolside not clean. No where near 4 or even 3 star quality. Food in dining room was very poor and lack of choice. Full of "young and lively" German male parties and females parties along with a mix of old and very young!! No entertainment. Lack of staff to cope with the volume of people in the hotel (2,000) and all inclusive option very resticted. WARNING...DO NOT GO HERE!

The resort of Golden Sands is a place for most people there is alot to do in the area from water sports on the beach to a good selection of bars. The beaches are really good they are clean and very beautiful white sand.

When I was told that I was going to Bulgaria I was a little worried as I wasn't sure what to expect. On arrival at Golden Sands I was pleasantly surprised. The beaches are long with plenty of space so the height of the seaon wouldn't be a problem. Along the beach are newly built bars and shops. Golden sands really comes alive at night with something for every taste. The cost of living is next to nothing with a cocktail costing 90p, buy one get one free!
The resort's water park is within walking distance and with it costing next to nothing to get in it's a great day out.
